Giving Back and Making a Difference

Giving back and making a difference has been my passion for as long as I can remember.
Growing up, both my parents volunteered for their church and all my sporting events.

When my dad retired from Boeing he volunteered even more. Literacy was very important to him and he spent hours tutoring.  He shared with me that the best thank you was when a young man said he was able to read a bedtime story to his child.

When I grew up and had kids of my own it just seemed natural to volunteer for everything.

  • PTSA
  • Classrooms – Auctions
  • Sports teams – I was the volunteer coordinator for multi-day food prep for out-of-town regattas.
  • I started a Kids Care Club through Points of Light, so that the kids and their school mates could give back.
  • For two years, I served on the Bellevue Relay for Life committee in charge of games and entertainment. I also organized team SEIZE THE DAY to walk the track, raising money.
  • I have also served on the Camp Good Times Wine Auction Committee for 3 years working on procurement and event set up.
  • I have rallied friends and family to cook dinners over the last 10 years at the Ronald McDonald House.
  • I had friends and family get together and adopt families at the Boys and Girls Club at Christmas Time.

Now, I want to help companies in the community give back through their Employees.

This has been a dream of mine for years and am so excited to be making it happen and sharing my passion for the community with you and your employees!
I look forward to working with you.
